We take pride in the homes we rent and we maintain them to the best possible standards. This includes ensuring we provide a responsive repair service for when things go wrong, and servicing components such as boilers and electrical installations to ensure our tenants’ safety.

It also means we invest in our housing stock with a programme of planned maintenance works – such as kitchen and bathroom upgrades, window replacements and external painting.

In order to do all this we employ skilled and reliable tradespeople we can call upon. We will batch responsive repair works where possible – not easy sometimes with housing stock spread out across Shropshire, and we will try to use contractors local to where the housing is. Occasionally, a call might be out of hours in the event of an emergency repair. We also invite tenders and quotes for larger jobs and programmed works.
