Celia is a retired senior local government officer, who currently works part time as an exam invigilator.  She joined the Board of SRHA in 2018 and is currently vice chair of the Board and Chair of the Tenant Matters Committee. Celia is the SRHA Board member responsible for complaints.

As Director of the Shropshire Partnership, Celia led multi-agency teams including police, health, fire and national agencies to rethink local services spanning community safety, domestic abuse and substance misuse.  She has a deep pride and affection for the people and landscape of Shropshire.

Celia is a keen walker but definitely not a fair weather walker as she loves to experience the changing seasons when out and about.
