Most of Shropshire Rural’s homes are allocated via ‘Shropshire HomePoint’, Shropshire Council’s choice-based allocations system. Once you have registered with HomePoint, you are able to ‘bid’ (apply for) homes that are advertised. If you are not already registered with HomePoint you can do so by ‘clicking’ on the following link to the Shropshire HomePoint website.
Shropshire HomePoint advertises available homes from a wide range of affordable landlords (but not landlords in the private rented sector), meaning that, once registered with HomePoint you are able to apply for homes from a range of landlords using only the HomePoint site.

Applying for a property at The Orchard, Chirbury.
The Shropshire Rural Housing Association development of 13 new build properties in Chirbury comprises of a mixture of 2, 3, & 4 bed houses and 2 bed bungalows. The properties will be advertised on Shropshire HomePoint during the lettings cycle 28/05/2025-03/06/2025.
You will need to be registered on Shropshire HomePoint to place a bid. The properties will be let to people in housing need and with a local connection to the Parish of Chirbury with Brompton. Please see the local lettings plan with details of local connection criteria.
