£6m loan to fund new homes

Shropshire Rural is committed to providing more new homes – meeting the need for more affordable housing and helping to make Shropshire’s villages vibrant places to live and work. In order to finance the building of new homes, the Association is currently in the process of raising £6million and expects to have the funds in place later in the summer.
