Here at Shropshire Rural we don’t work in isolation: there are many other organisations whose work complements what we do and helps us in delivering our ambition. Some of those organisations can also be of real assistance to our tenants and prospective tenants.
HomePoint, for example, is the system, operated by Shropshire Council, through which we allocate our housing. So, if you’d like to apply for a Shropshire Rural home, you’ll need to register with HomePoint and ‘bid’ for homes when they are advertised.
Right Home, Right
Place is Shropshire Council’s online housing need survey. If you are in need of affordable housing, complete the survey and the information will be used to help inform the number, type and location of new homes that are built in Shropshire.
