Using the Quick Link Buttons in the panel on the right you can open a copy of your Tenant's Handbook in Adobe PDF format.

The handbook contains a wealth of essential information about your tenancy as well as advice which we trust you will find helpful. Once you have opened the file you can then save it to your own computer or print out a copy to refer to later.

The Shropshire Council Benefits Service Access Points publication is also available in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format and provides details of all the Access Point locations, telephone numbers and opening times throughout Shropshire where you can notify a change in circumstances which may affect your benefit entitlement.

At Shropshire Rural we are aware that some of our customers prefer to use key card or token meters to pay for their gas and electricity supplies. Some energy supply companies impose a premium on this type of meter and you may be paying more than you have to for energy.

This is why Shropshire Rural has joined with Ebico to offer our customers a better deal for energy supply. Ebico has been leading the way in cutting household energy bills since 1998. As a not-for-profit company, our core aim is to put people before profits - and to provide affordable energy for every home.

You can benefit from this agreement even if you currently pay for your gas and electricity by direct debit or quarterly account but you should check the rates with Ebico and your current supplier before applying to switch.

You can apply to Ebico for supply of electricity or gas by completing the application form shown on the quick links button
