We are a small,
successful charitable
housing association owning and managing over 250 homes
in rural areas of
Shropshire.
The impending retirement of our current Director will
result in an exciting opportunity within the
Association, for the right candidate.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
£43,000
to £48,000 p.a.
depending on qualifications and
experience
(subject to review after 6 months) plus car option
The ideal candidate
for this post will already
have considerable experience and knowledge of all
aspects of social housing provision, together with good
people management skills. They may also hold an
appropriate professional qualification. However, other
candidates with relevant skills, experience and
qualifications will be considered, particularly if they
have a good background of knowledge and experience of
the work involved.
Applicants should be educated to degree standard in an
appropriate discipline.
A full, clean, driving licence is desirable.
