Tenant Involvement

As new Chief Executive of the Association I am keen to see greater tenant involvement in helping us set the standards of service that we give to you our customers.

We have set up a tenants committee to help us review our services and the standards we will strive to meet in the future.  We hope that we can interest a diverse range of our customers to take part in this committee so that all aspects of our service delivery are covered. 

To start with meetings will be held at our office in Bayston Hill but it is intended that as the work of the committee develops we will also meet in other parts of the county where you live.  We will pay you reasonable costs of travel to meetings.

Meetings will be informal and we will seek your views on the services we offer.  Your contribution will be valuable in making sure that our services continue to develop to meet our customer needs.
